Answer: Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.  Feel free to contact customerservice@wildwearco.com anytime and we will get back to you ASAP. 

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer:  Please allow 5-10 business days from day order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. 

Question: I never received a confirmation email or receipt after purchase. How do I get one?

Answer: Please check your spam folder. No dice, email customerservice@wildwearco.com for further assistance. 

Question: How do I find my tracking number?

Question: How do I return an item?

Answer:  We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on wildwearco.com for return or exchange. For more information visit our returns & exchanges page.

Question: Do you have any brick and mortar stores? 

Answer: Currently we operate completely online, but are hoping to open a store front soon.   

Question: Favorite trip? 

Answer: So many to pick from, but I must say shark diving in Oahu.  If you are ever in town, check out my guys at Island View Hawaii. They will hook you up with an unforgettable moment.
